Blodgett ovens can be mixed and matched to suit your exact oven
requirements. Their "Basic Four" components are the building blocks for all
Blodgett ovens, and their specifications are detailed below. For a quote on any
combination of ovens, please use out quotes form and we will get
back to you as soon as possible.

From
top to bottom, on the left, and the four basic sections: 7" High Compartment,
12" High Compartment, 16¼" High Compartment, and Two 7" High Compartments.
These four sections are available each in two sizes: standard large and space saver.
From these sections, 32 different vertical ovens may be assembled -- 16 Standard Large
and 16 Space Saver models. Separate heat controls for each section permit cooking and
baking at different temperatures, at the same time, in one oven! Blodgett's "Basic
Four" design gives you the ultimate in versatility, efficiency, and economy.
