Rugged, good looking, wide choice of options. These words characterize Vulcan Gas Restaurant Ranges. With the choice of the Vulcan Snorkel™ convection oven, you get two things. First, a 3 pan production capability rather then one pan it's a a forced air convection oven. Second, you save energy because of the Snorkel™ principal that recirculates and uses heat normally lost up the flue.

The Vulcan standard oven 36 and 60 series as well as the Snorkel™ SG-36 and SG-60 series include a beautiful black finish accented by chrome burner valve handles, and by a stainless steel manifold panel and lower panel. Add to this the porcelain aeration plate and grates you have the sturdiest (and most beautiful) restaurant ranges available. For a choice of griddles choose from 12", 24", or 36" widths.

Offered in 4 basic models with top arrangements to fit your cooking needs. Other standard features include the 26¼" wide oven(s), either the conventional or Snorkel™ convection oven, with heavy duty oven racks(s). Each oven is protected with a gas shut off valve if the pilot ever goes out. Oven linings are porcelain on steel. Ranges have removable open top burners for easy cleaning and large capacity drip pans. High shelf and backguard provided.

These gas ranges provide a variety of styles for use in nursing homes, plant cafeterias, churches, schools, and other medium sized installations where flexibility is called for.
